• a children’s playground is located in the northeast part of the complex

Fencing, railings

• fencing of front gardens – plastic-coated mesh and posts, or gabion wall trelliswork for climbing plants

Lighting

• outdoor lighting of common areas in front of the entrances to the building.

Retention tank:

• rainwater retention tank with accumulation volume to allow irrigation of common greenery
