The cadastral area of Vysočany borders Prosek, Letňany, Kbely, Hloubětín, Hrdlořezy, Žižkov and Libeň. Vysočany is serviced by PID trams and buses, there are also Prague metro B stations – Českomoravská, Hloubětín and Kolbenova.
There are a number of shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity of the residential district. Larger shopping centres within walking distance include Fénix shopping centre and Galerie Harfa shopping centre. There are a number of shops, restaurants and fitness centres. Centrum Černý Most shopping centre, IKEA, Makro or, for example, Hornbach are twenty minutes away by car.
There are 3 metro B stations in the vicinity of the project – Českomoravská, Hloubětín and Kolbenova, so you can comfortably get to the city centre and its outskirts in a few minutes. The U Elektry tram stop is a 3-minute walk from your new home, and the Kolbenova metro station is within 10 minutes thanks to a footbridge over the Rokytka. And it is 3 tram stops to the Praha-Libeň train station. The strategic location of the residential project also allows for a relatively quick departure from Prague in various directions.
Residential district Nad Rokytkou is also located near a number of kindergartens, primary and secondary or grammar schools. You don’t have to worry about lengthy commutes to schools with children. Regular check-ups are also not far. If necessary, there are Kolbenova or Vysočany health centres nearby.
Lovers of outdoor activities will especially enjoy themselves. Just a mere minute from the building, there is a cycling path and a fitness trail located along the banks of the Rokytka with many acacia wood workout stations, where you can go as part of a regular workout with the whole family.

Not only is there the O2 arena, and its smaller sibling O2 Universum, where you can go see a variety of concerts and performances for children, but you can also find theatres and galleries in this part of Prague. A number of events also take place at the Vysočany town hall or in the increasingly popular Pragovka area, which has become a sought-after refuge for artists and companies organizing trade fairs and other cultural events.
