Along the Rokytka rivulet in Prague 9 – Vysočany district, there is an exceptional residential project called Nad Rokytkou, which is a very sought-after location for living not only thanks to beautiful modern flats but also the attractive environment. Therefore, it is now being further expanded by the planned fifth stage called Inspiration Nad Rokytkou.
The four stages of residential complexes called Zahrady (Gardens) Nad Rokytkou I, Dvůr (Court) Nad Rokytkou, Rezidence (Residence) Nad Rokytkou and Zahrady (Gardens) Nad Rokytkou II are being supplemented by a new project of two residential buildings called Inspirace (Inspiration) Nad Rokytkou, which will be located in close proximity to the newly built Zahrádky city park. There is a newly established pond with a fitness trail near the project. Kolbenova metro station is within walking distance thanks to a footbridge over the Rokytka.
The Rokytka flows through a number of ponds and protected areas. Its surroundings have undergone significant changes. In the past, there was a wine-growing region in Libeň and Vysočany, where people went to the countryside and for recreation at the beginning of the 19th century. The word “rokyta”, which is a basis for its name, is the Old Slavic name of the willow which lines the rivulet to this day.
The new project will provide 76 residential units with various layouts from 1+kk (studio) to generous 4+kk with balconies, terraces and front gardens, which will be characterized by a carefully thought-out and functional interior design. Of course, there is also a sufficient number of parking spaces and cellars located in the underground floor of the project.
Thanks to the unique location, all flats offer a beautiful view of the surrounding natural environment of the Rokytka rivulet basin. A private playing area in the northern part will be created within the complex.
